Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, tried on, or have had the lace cut.
Request Authorization

Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags, hairnets, and labels attached; place the item securely in a shipping box along with your RMA form.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and send the package to our returns department; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
